1. 参与制定并管理公司基础设施技术标准、管理流程
Participate in the formulation and management of technical standards and management processes for the company's infrastructure
2. 规划公司工厂布局和项目总图方案
Plan the company's factory layout and project plan.
3. 制定基建项目建筑、结构、市政、暖通、给排水、动力、电气、自动控制、消防、通信等专业设计方案、施工工艺标准
Formulate professional design schemes and construction process standards for infrastructure projects, such as architecture, structure, municipal administration, HVAC, water supply and drainage, power, electricity, automatic control, fire control, communications, etc
4. 编制项目投资方案、投资控制白皮书
Prepare white paper on project investment plan and investment control
5. 编制土建招标技术任务书，发起工程设计、工程实施等招投标工作
Compile the technical task book of civil engineering bidding and initiate the bidding work such as engineering design and project implementation
6. 建立建设项目管理体系及编制项目管理方案，有效管控建设项目设计质量及实施进度、质量、投资
Establish the construction project management system and work out the project management plan, effectively control the design quality and implementation progress, quality and investment of the construction project
7. 组织并统筹供应商管理，包括对供应商履约情况考核，统筹公司及政府，组织与供应商谈判，解决争议、索赔、维稳，工程款支付等问题，维护公司权益
Organize and coordinate supplier management, including assessing supplier performance, co-ordinating the company and the government, organizing negotiations with suppliers, resolving disputes, claims, maintaining stability, project payment, etc., and safeguarding the rights and interests of the company
8. 组织办理基建工程建设政府许可、报建、验收工作
To organize and handle the government permission, construction application and acceptance of capital construction projects
9. 组织并评审项目验收及移交工作。包括资产转固、后评价工作、质保期管理等。保证基础设施顺利投入使用
Organize and review project acceptance and transfer work

任职要求 Job Requirements：

1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历，
或已取得留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生。
Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.
2. 具备3年及以上相关工作经验。
3 years or more relevant working experience.
3. 国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；
海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话。 Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
